The ironing is done
Its all put away
What shall I do with
The rest of my day?
The dinner’s prepared
The cats have been fed
All left to do is
Go make the bed.
I want to get changed
Put my gardening garb on
But its raining outside
The sunshine has gone.
I know what I’ll do
I’ll go make a list
Of things I can do
On a day such as this!
