Mine is to learn to connect mind, body and spirit again with yoga, tai chi and meditation, and thus find better health.
I found an old diary and thought it would be very appropriate here and especially today! Just happened to read it just now and wanted to share it with you! You may have heard it before? Its by Antonio Machado:
Caminante Al andar se hace camino y al volver la vista atras
Se ve la senda que nunca Se ha de volver a pisar
Caminante no hay camino Sino estelas en la mar
Caminante no hay camino Se hace camino al andar
In English:
Traveller
On walking we make our path And on turning we see itbehind us
We see its source of the path that we Will never be able to tread again
Traveller there is no path Only wakes in the sea
Traveller there is no path We make out path by walking.
Mine is to learn to connect mind, body and spirit again with yoga, tai chi and meditation, and thus find better health.

Heya Stephy! Your wishes sound great too. I've also been thinking along the yoga line. Must be the effect of Secrets To Recovery! Did you hear the Fiona Agombar talk on Beating Fatigue with Yoga? It was very interesting.
Loved the passage that you shared too, thanks for that. Very poignant words and i love the line 'Traveller there is no path only wakes in the sea'. Really poetic image. We can only really go forward, that is remember the past, especially the happier moments but know that the present is where we live and that is how we make our destiny.....
hope all your aspirations for 2008 come true :-) XX
